About the Role

As an SEO Specialist at AdsOnline.ca, you’ll be responsible for crafting and executing high-impact SEO strategies that increase organic visibility, rankings, and leads for our clients across various industries.

You’ll collaborate closely with our content, design, and paid media teams to ensure every campaign delivers measurable growth.

This role is hybrid, allowing flexibility to work remotely while spending 2–3 days a week at our Toronto office to collaborate with the team and brainstorm creative ideas.

⚙️ Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end SEO strategies to improve website visibility, rankings, and conversions.
• Conduct detailed keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and content gap analysis.
• Optimize on-page elements (meta tags, headers, schema, internal links, URLs, etc.) for SEO best practices.
• Manage off-page optimization, including backlink building, outreach, and digital PR.
• Perform technical SEO audits to identify and fix crawl, indexation, and Core Web Vitals issues.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure all assets align with SEO goals.
• Track and analyze performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs, providing data-driven reports and recommendations.
• Stay updated on search engine algorithms and emerging SEO trends, including AI automation tools.
