Python Developer

Job Summary :

We are seeking a talented Python Developer to join our growing engineering team at NXGEN Technology AG . In this role you will develop and maintain backend systems and APIs that power our cloud-based security and monitoring solutions . You will work closely with cross-functional teams including DevOps data engineers and product managers to deliver scalable secure and high-performance software components.

Key Responsibilities :

Backend Development : Design build and maintain Python-based backend applications and APIs using frameworks such as FastAPI Flask or Django .

Cloud Integration : Develop integrations with cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP) third-party services and IoT devices.

Data Processing : Work with large-scale data pipelines and real-time data for analytics and AI / ML applications.

Optimization : Ensure code performance scalability and reliability in production environments.

Code Quality : Write clean modular and well-documented code following best practices.

Collaboration : Work with front-end DevOps and QA teams to deliver end-to-end product solutions.

Code Review : Participate in peer code reviews and contribute to improving development standards.

Qualifications :

Education : Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.

Experience : 5 years of hands-on experience in Python development.

Technical Skills :

Strong knowledge of Python and frameworks like FastAPI Flask or Django .

Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs .

Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or GCP .

Working knowledge of databases ( PostgreSQL MongoDB or similar).

Experience with Git and agile development workflows.

Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
