Designation : Client Servicing Specialist with 4 to 5 years of experience preferably Digital background.

Role Description

This is an on-site full-time role for a Client Servicing Digital position at a Leading PR Agency located in Mumbai. The individual in this role will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing quality customer service. On a daily basis, they will communicate with clients, address any concerns or inquiries, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of projects. Additionally, the role may involve handling client finances, including invoicing and budgeting, to ensure all client financial matters are efficiently managed.
