Role Description

This is a full-time paid on-site role located in Jaipur for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing and executing strategies for growth, and analyzing market trends to identify opportunities. The role includes preparing and delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with internal / external teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Manager will be expected to keep up-to-date with industry news and competitive landscape.

Qualifications

• Experience in identifying and pursuing business opportunities and building client relationships
• Proven ability to identify, pitch, and secure projects through freelance platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, and other online marketplaces.
• 2 to 5 years of experience required
• Skills in developing and executing growth strategies, and market analysis
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills
• Coordination and teamwork abilities to ensure customer satisfaction
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and maintain a proactive approach
• Experience in the relevant industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Sales, Marketing, or related field
