Role: Implementation Engineer

Experience: 2- 7 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Oversight: Lead the implementation of HR/Payroll solutions, ensuring successful deployment and completion of projects.
• Customer Satisfaction: Strive to achieve and maintain a customer satisfaction index of 4/5 or higher across all projects.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring their active engagement and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborative Input: Participate in iterative meetings to provide insights on customization, ensuring adherence to project scope and objectives.
• Process Enforcement: Establish and enforce project processes to ensure compliance across all phases of implementation.

Desired Experience:

• 2-7 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 2 years focused on implementing ERP/HCM solutions.
