Position Title : Workday HRIS Specialist role

Experience Level : 8-12 Years

Location : Pune, MH

Permanent Position

Experience and Education Required :

• 8-12 years of techno-functional experience in HRIS systems, preferably with TalentSoft or PeopleSoft HCM or any HCM Applications
• Proven experience with Workday or similar cloud-based HRIS systems
• Strong understanding of HR processes and systems
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong stakeholder management and training delivery skills
• Nice to Have :
• Experience with HRIS system implementations and transformations
• Knowledge of data migration and integration techniques
• Certification in Workday or similar HRIS systems
