The Impact You’ll Drive
- Manage end-to-end accounting with accuracy, structure, and timeliness
- Own the Balance Sheet, ensuring clean books and sharp cost tracking (direct & indirect)
- Oversee compliance with FEMA and keep up with evolving regulatory requirements
- Handle direct and indirect tax filings and manage Income Tax scrutiny cases as needed
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to drive statutory and tax audits
- Generate accurate and actionable MIS reports to support planning, forecasting, and business strategy
- Leverage advanced Excel skills for reconciliation, data modeling, and reporting
What You’ll Bring
4–7 years of experience in accounting, compliance, and financial reportingProven ability to independently manage books of accounts and end-to-end financial operationsStrong understanding of tax laws, auditing processes, and statutory compliance frameworksHands-on experience with FEMA compliance and income tax scrutiny (preferred)Advanced Excel proficiency—you’re confident with pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, reconciliations, and automationFamiliarity with ERP systems like TallyA sense of ownership, accountability, and the ability to work cross-functionally under tight timelines
