Scientist / R&D – Air care products

3+ years of relevant experience in Air care R&D (Air care categories products like room air Aerosols, Gel pockets, car freshner etc)

Assist on innovation and value improvement R&D projects including Lab activities like formulation development & prototyping , performance evaluation studies , self-life evaluation etc for air care products like Aersols , fragrance pockets , Gel based formats , car freshners , New products/formats

Participate actively in cross -functional team meetings to update on agreed action and milestones.

Participate in plant trials to establish the process and scale -up the new formulations and product at 3P facilities.

Coordinate and collaborate with internal & external partners/supplier including 3rd party testing institutes to create efficacy reports and claim substantiation evidence.

Manage the documentation system for formulations, process sheet, specifications for NPD, s and existing product changes.

Participate in workshops and sparring sessions to create new ideas and support on generating claims for new patents.
