Accounts Associate

This is an opportunity for an ambitious accountant to gain exposure across group entities and international markets, including learning and supporting UK accounting standards and reporting, with a chance to grow in the exciting world of global trading.

What You'll do

Maintain day-to-day books of accounts in Tally ERP with accuracy and integrity.

Record journal entries, maintain ledgers, and support preparation of monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).

Perform multi-currency reconciliations and ensure correct FX application across transactions.

Manage vendor, customer, and bank reconciliations.

Ensure compliance with Indian statutory requirements (GST, TDS, etc.) while assisting in aligning reporting with UK GAAP / IFRS frameworks.

Assist in preparing MIS, cash flow forecasts, and periodic cost analyses.

Support coordination with auditors, consultants, and external partners (India & UK).

Gain exposure to modern ERP & automation tools and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

B.Com / M.Com / CA-Inter or equivalent qualification.

1–3 years’ experience in accounting (trading, export / import, or commodities preferred).

Strong proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel.

Exposure to multi-currency accounting is essential.

Knowledge of or willingness to learn UK / International accounting standards (UK GAAP / IFRS) is a strong plus.

Analytical mindset, with high attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
