Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Team Manager – IT with 4–6 years of experience to lead and manage our IT support and engineering teams at PSG Global Solutions India. This role is ideal for a proactive leader with hands-on IT expertise, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to oversee SLAs across support and engineering functions.
The ideal candidate will balance leadership responsibilities with technical oversight, ensuring team performance, adherence to processes, and high-quality IT service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage IT support and engineering teams to achieve operational and technical goals.
- Oversee Active Directory and endpoint management operations.
- Provide hands-on support for Linux basics, monitoring tools, and IT troubleshooting.
- Ensure CI / CD and Git processes are followed for IT and engineering workflows.
- Define, track, and manage SLAs across support and engineering functions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements, resolve escalations, and drive improvements.
- Implement best practices in IT operations, process adherence, and team productivity.
- Support team development through training, performance reviews, and coaching.
Qualifications & Required Skills
4–6 years of experience in IT, including people leadership.Hands-on experience with Active Directory, endpoint management, and Linux basics.Familiarity with Git, CI concepts, and monitoring tools.Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain SLA adherence.Preferred Skills
ITIL or Scrum certification.Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).Prior experience in owning SLAs across support and engineering teams.Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills.Job Details & Compensation
