We are seeking a highly motivated and technically adept QA Test Automation Engineer to join our elite engineering team in Hyderabad. Key Responsibilities : Architecting Assurance, Driving Excellence

Automation Framework Leadership : Architect, implement, and optimize robust and reusable test automation frameworks leveraging industry-leading tools and design patterns

Strategic Test Development : Collaborate intimately with cross-functional development teams during the shift-left testing phase to meticulously analyze product requirements, define comprehensive test strategies, and design impactful test cases that ensure feature resilience and performance at scale

Lifecycle Ownership : Drive the full test automation lifecycle, from test case selection and test data management to execution and comprehensive reporting, ensuring quality gates are rigorously applied

CI / CD Integration : Seamlessly integrate automated test suites into CI / CD pipelines, enabling continuous quality validation and accelerating release confidence

Process Metamorphosis : Champion and contribute to the continuous refinement of our quality engineering processes and test automation frameworks, fostering a culture of proactive quality assurance and testability within the development lifecycle

Required Qualifications : Your Foundation for Impact

2 to 5 years of demonstrated expertise in software testing, with a pronounced focus on test automation engineering

Proficiency in designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts using enterprise-grade tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Appium, or TestComplete

Strong foundational understanding of functional testing principles, advanced test techniques, and the comprehensive Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)

Proven experience with defect tracking and management tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla) and familiarity with Agile methodologies

Practical experience in integrating automated quality checks within CI / CD pipelines .

Competence with Version Control systems like Git, Mercurial, or SVN for collaborative development

Exceptional analytical acumen and complex problem-solving capabilities, with a meticulous attention to detail

Superior communication and collaboration skills, essential for cross-functional synergy and technical discourse

Preferred Qualifications : Accelerate Your Influence

Prior experience with cloud-based testing environments (e.g., AWS Device Farm, Azure Test Plans)

Familiarity with performance testing methodologies and tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) for assessing application scalability and resilience

Hands-on experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI) and concepts like contract testing

Relevant professional certification in software testing or automation (e.g., ISTQB Certified Tester)
