OpenText ECM / OTCS Consultant

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced OpenText Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in implementing and configuring OpenText solutions, including but not limited to OpenText Content Server, Extended ECM (xECM), Vendor Invoice Management (VIM), Archive Center, and Documentum . This role will involve working closely with clients to understand their requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation and integration.

• Key Responsibilities : Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using OpenText products.
• Configure, customize, and implement OpenText ECM solutions (Content Server, xECM, VIM, etc.).
• Perform system integration and data migration tasks.
• Work with SAP and non-SAP systems for integration with OpenText solutions.
• Provide technical documentation, system support, and training to end-users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to OpenText implementations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Required Skills and Qualifications : 5+ years of experience in OpenText implementations.
• Strong hands-on experience with OpenText Content Server, xECM, Archive Center, or VIM .
• Knowledge of integration with SAP (e.g., OpenText xECM for SAP, VIM).
• Experience with web services (SOAP / REST), Java, or ABAP (a plus).
• Familiarity with OpenText architecture, permissions, workflows, metadata, and document types.
• Good communication and client-facing skills.
• Preferred Qualifications : OpenText certification(s).
• Experience with OpenText Cloud Edition (CE) .
• Exposure to Documentum or other ECM platforms.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
