Roles & Responsibilities:

• Brand and Supplier Management:
• Select and onboard brand partners and manage relationships with suppliers.
• Negotiate contracts terms and pricing with suppliers to secure favorable conditions.
• Product Sourcing and Assortment:
• Source products from suppliers and manage the end-to-end buying process.
• Oversee offers and promotions to enhance product offerings.
• Commercial and Buying Management:
• Handle all commercial aspects including pricing profitability and margin management.
• Monitor and manage P&L for the category to ensure financial targets are met.
• Store Launches and Merchandising:
• Ensure smooth product launches and store openings.
• Collaborate with merchandising teams to ensure effective in-store presentation and displays.
• Market Analysis and Strategy:
• Analyze market trends and customer preferences to inform category strategy.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive category growth and performance.
• Performance Monitoring:
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the category.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
