Telesales Representative

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Representative to contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.

• Manage both Inbound and Outbound Calls
• Work directly with customers via telephone, and email to describe products and/or services in order to persuade potential and current customers to renew with us and pursue for referrals sales.
• Educates customers on product offerings and services to improve their "on-line presence" and explains pricing etc to the customers.
• Follows up with customer via telephone or email following initial sales contact
• Continued product education to better service customer calls
• Maintains accurate daily record of sales in Welcome Cure CRM.
• Go the “Extra Mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe / explain them appropriately
• Outstanding Negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
• Cool – tempered and able to handle rejection
