Meet the Team
Core to the health and growth of our business, the Information Technology department powers Millennium’s active, multi-manager business model through flexible, scalable technology and advanced proprietary systems. Within this environment, the Reference Data Technology team partners closely with operations teams responsible for securities reference data and corporate actions, building and supporting platforms that help deliver timely, accurate, and high-quality data across critical workflows.

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a team of engineers, providing hands-on technical guidance, mentorship, and architectural direction

• Support the Reference Data and Corporate Action Operations teams in a high-pressure environment where timeliness and data quality are critical

• Design, build, and enhance full-stack solutions using Java and Angular to improve reference data workflows and platform capabilities

• Partner with operations users and other stakeholders to understand business needs, prioritize work, and translate requirements into effective technical solutions

• Work with data vendors and data mastering platforms to support the timely and accurate delivery of high-quality data

• Investigate data quality issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions to improve data accuracy, integrity, and reliability

• Drive process and platform improvements that strengthen operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention

• Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in reference data, corporate actions, and data quality management

What You Bring
• Proven experience supporting operations teams in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Strong architecture and design expertise, with deep hands-on experience in full-stack development using Java and Angular
• Strong SQL skills and the ability to work effectively with complex data sets
• Experience leading development teams and delivering technical direction across projects and priorities
• Solid understanding of reference data and/or corporate action systems and their importance to business operations
• Experience analyzing data quality issues and applying practical techniques to improve accuracy, consistency, and control
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work closely with operations users and translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
