Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control plans in compliance with relevant codes, standards and regulations for construction projects, including material selection, workmanship evaluation, and defect identification.
• Non-Conformity Management : Identify and address non-conformances, preparing reports and recommending corrective actions.
• Conduct quality audits, inspections, and testing to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
• Ensure accurate documentation of test results, inspection reports, and other relevant records.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve overall project performance.
• Provide technical guidance on quality matters to junior engineers and team members.
