About the Role
We’re looking for an Account Manager to join the creative team at Digitas Mumbai . You’ll be the go-to person for day-to-day client management—helping shape briefs, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure work moves smoothly from idea to delivery.

What You’ll Do
- Manage day-to-day client communication and build trusted relationships
- Help translate client needs into clear, actionable briefs for internal teams
- Coordinate timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure smooth project execution
- Partner with creative, strategy, and tech teams to deliver insight-led, integrated campaigns
- Keep an eye on the quality of work—ensuring it’s on-brand, on-brief, and on time
- Support senior team members on presentations, campaign planning, and new ideas
