Location : Gurugram Work from Office

As a  Generative AI Chatbot Architect  , you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing advanced conversational AI solutions that enhance customer engagement, drive productivity, and streamline business processes. You will leverage cutting-edge  Generative AI technologies  ,  Microsoft Azure services  , and modern AI frameworks to deliver scalable, high-performance, and intelligent conversational interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI solutions to deliver seamless and engaging user experiences.
• Optimize, Develop and test scalable, high-performance chatbot solutions using  Microsoft Bot Framework  ,  Generative AI models  , and  Azure Cognitive Services  .
• Integrate advanced cognitive capabilities (e.g., natural language understanding, sentiment analysis, and intent recognition) into conversational interfaces to solve complex business challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product managers, developers) to align solutions with business goals and user needs.
