About the Role

We’re seeking a Senior AWS Cloud Engineer who brings deep backend development expertise, a strong command of AWS services, and the ability to architect and build scalable, serverless cloud applications.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in Node.js and TypeScript, with hands-on experience across the AWS serverless stack and exposure to Auth0 for identity management. While the focus is backend-heavy, a flexible approach and willingness to contribute to frontend tasks will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and deploy scalable backend systems using AWS cloud-native and serverless technologies (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, etc.).
• Build and maintain robust, secure RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Implement authentication and authorization flows using Auth0.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build end-to-end solutions.
• Ensure reliability, security, and performance of backend systems.
• Handle API / service integrations and contribute to frontend development when required (React / Angular / Vue).
• Apply DevOps best practices : CI / CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and monitoring.
• Diagnose and resolve performance and scalability issues across the cloud infrastructure.
