Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced SAP Security & GRC Consultant with strong hands-on experience in SAP S / 4HANA, RISE with SAP , and SAP Cloud Platform security . The consultant will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting SAP Security roles, authorizations, and governance across on-premise and cloud landscapes, ensuring compliance and risk management through SAP GRC Access Control.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, configure, and manage SAP Security roles and authorizations for S / 4HANA (RISE environment).
• Implement and maintain SAP GRC Access Control (ARM, ARA, BRM, EAM) for user provisioning, risk analysis, and firefighting.
• Manage user administration and security across SAP Fiori, BTP (Business Technology Platform), and Cloud Integration .
• Perform security assessments , role redesign, and segregation of duties (SoD) analysis.
• Support RISE with SAP cloud infrastructure security — identity provisioning, connectivity, and integration with IAS / IPS (Identity Authentication / Provisioning Service).
• Collaborate with BASIS, Audit, and Functional teams to ensure compliance with ITGC and internal controls.
• Conduct GRC rule set customization and mitigate SoD conflicts based on business requirements.
• Develop and maintain security documentation , test scripts, and audit evidence.
• Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and cutover activities ensuring security readiness.
• Provide support for audit, SOX, and compliance reviews .
