Project Manager Global

We are seeking an experienced program manager to deliver high-impact, multi-stakeholder initiatives across public and private sectors.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of successful program delivery.

• Program Delivery : The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the master plan, dependencies, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for each project. They will also coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Stakeholder Management : As primary point of contact for 10-15 external partners, the candidate will drive agendas, decisions, and action items while maintaining crisp follow-through and excellent communication skills.
• Pilot Design & Delivery : The selected candidate will work closely with partners to scope lightweight proofs-of-concept, define success criteria, and convert results into repeatable playbooks and public-ready artifacts.
• Content Creation & Repository : The candidate will coordinate the creation of playbooks, policy templates, training materials, and benchmark scorecards with research and communications teams.
• Budgeting & Contracts : The successful candidate will track revenue and costs by workstream, manage Statements of Work (SOWs) and Professional Services Offerings (PSOs), and ensure invoicing and collections align with milestones.
• Quality & Compliance : The candidate will enforce ethics and privacy reviews, accessibility checks, and brand neutrality guidelines, documenting approvals and retaining evidence.
• Events & Convenings : The selected candidate will coordinate agendas, hosted-buyer matchmaking, and VIP logistics for virtual and in-person sessions, ensuring smooth run-of-show.
• Data & Reporting : The candidate will maintain readiness data, pilot outcomes, and sponsor benefits delivered, publishing weekly updates and monthly executive readouts.
• Tooling & Processes : The successful candidate will administer CRM and project tools, improving runbooks, checklists, and templates for scale.
