We are seeking a Senior AWS Technical Support Engineer with 8+ years of IT Technical Support experience to join our high-impact, global support team. This is a critical, high-visibility role requiring an immediate on-site presence and rotational shift commitment.

Mandatory Role Details

Requirement - Specification

Experience - 8+ Years in IT Technical Support / System Administration.

Compensation - Up to 15 LPA (Based on experience and current CTC).

Location - Indore / Pune (Baner) ONLY.

Work Mode - Strictly Onsite (5 Days from Office).

Relocation is NOT provided / allowed.

Shift - Rotational Shifts (Mandatory Roster basis).

Certification - Active AWS Certification is MANDATORY (Solutions Architect Assoc / Pro or SysOps Admin). Certificate expiry date must be valid.

️ What You Will Do

Provide Tier 1 / Tier 2 technical support to global enterprise customers using a wide range of AWS services (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch, RDS, etc.).

Own and resolve complex technical issues across AWS cloud infrastructure and networking within strict SLAs.

Efficiently manage a high volume of support tickets, conduct root cause analysis, and maintain detailed technical documentation.

Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction while working in a fast-paced, rotational shift environment.
