Job descriptionAct as the primary point of contact between artists & clients Manage artist calendars, scheduling, and communication Maintain artist EPKs, portfolios & brand decks Coordinate logistics for gigs (travel, stay, hospitality, technical riders) Generate leads for artist bookings, college shows, clubs, weddings, and corporate events Pitch artists to event organizers, festival curators & brands Conduct cold outreach (calls, emails, ) to secure bookings Convert inquiries into confirmed business Maintain CRM, track sales goals & monthly revenue targets Build long-term relationships with agencies, venues & partners Identify new markets, opportunities & collaboration verticals Assist with artist content planning & social media updates Coordinate with design & content teams for artist promotion Research industry trends & competitor landscape Strong communication & people skills Sales-driven mindset with confidence in outreach Ability to negotiate deals & close clients Passion for music, events, and artist ecosystems Knowledge of social media + basic marketing Good at CRM tools, Google Workspace & follow-ups High energy, discipline, persistence, and professionalism Experience in sales, events, music, or talent management College fest / club show / brand-side experience Understanding of the Indian live music & events market Work closely with rising artists in the indie + commercial music scene Commission-based incentives on sales & bookings Career growth toward Artist Manager / Sales Lead / Business Manager Creative, young, high-energy team environment Opportunities to travel for live shows & events
