About the Role
We are seeking motivated Junior / US IT Recruiters with 6 months to 1 year of experience to join our dynamic team and support Direct Client requirements across various technologies. The ideal candidate should have a some understanding of US recruitment processes , sourcing methods, and a desire to grow in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates for IT positions across multiple domains.
- Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 employment types.
- Utilize job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.) and networking channels to identify top talent.
- Coordinate interviews, manage submissions, and assist in offer negotiations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants and clients.
