Location : Bangalore

Profile-Purchase & Logistics Executive

Experience : 1–3 years

Salary Range : ₹3 – 5 LPA ( Depends on interview )

Working Days- 6 days (9 : 30 am – 6 : 30 pm)

Qualification : B.E in Electrical / Any Graduate with relevant experience

Job Responsibilities :

• Purchase electrical components, equipment, and materials for commercial SITC projects (Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning).
• Prepare, issue, and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely approval and release.
• Track deliveries, follow up with suppliers, and ensure on-time availability of materials at project sites.
• Coordinate logistics and transportation for electrical equipment and materials.
• Maintain and enhance relationships with local electrical equipment suppliers and OEM vendors.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules , and contract terms with vendors.
• Source, evaluate, and onboard suppliers for items such as cables, switchgear, lighting fixtures, control panels , and other essential electrical components.
• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, vendor details, and delivery status.
