We are hiring for TEAM LEAD (INTERNATIONAL VOICE BPO- OPERATIONS)

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in International Inbound Voice Process
  • Currently working as a TL (on paper)
  • Offered CTC : ₹6.0 LPA to ₹7.0 LPA
  • Work from Office (Bangalore and Hyderabad)
  • Shift Timings :
  • 6 : 00 PM to 3 : 00 AM
  • 7 : 00 PM to 4 : 00 AM

Interview Rounds :

  • SVAR Assessment
  • Voice & Accent (V&A) Round
  • Operations Round
  • ER Round (for AM level and above)
