As the Cafe Manager, you will have a pivotal role in ensuring the success of Lavonne. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the cafe, including staff, customer service, operations, and financial performance.Responsibilities : - Oversee all cafe operations, including staff management, scheduling, and training.- Ensure a warm and welcoming environment for guests, maintaining high standards of service.- Monitor customer interactions, address concerns, and uphold a premium dining experience.- Collaborate with the kitchen and service staff to maintain seamless service flow. - Manage inventory, order supplies, and budget effectively to optimize financial performance.- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and cafe policies.- Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities to enhance cafe visibility.- Handle administrative tasks, financial reports, and payroll processing.- Foster staff development, training, and a positive team environment.- Monitor cafe performance, analyze data, and implement strategies for improvement.
