Key Responsibilities :
- Managing end-to-end payroll services, processing in system and software operations
- Working on payroll compliances such as PF, TDS, ESI, PT, and LWF
- Assists in the startup and manages the payroll administration for new clients;
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Communicating with clients and stakeholders on respective queries
Key Requirements :
Graduate in Commerce or Business AdministrationMinimum 3 years of relevant experience in the Indian Payroll domain.Good working knowledge of the Local country Statutory Compliance, payroll administration, and pension regulationsGood knowledge of MS ExcelGood in client handling.Fluency in both spoken and written EnglishSkills Required
