Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a telemarketing executive at our office in Bengaluru. The Telemarketing Executive will be responsible for lead generation, delivering exceptional customer service and support, engaging in sales activities, and maintaining effective communication with clients. Day-to-day tasks include making outbound calls, providing product information, responding to inquiries, closing sales, initiating conversations with potential clients, understanding their needs, and setting the foundation for long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients across multiple sectors.
  • Present TaskTel’s range of AV and communication solutions clearly and confidently.
  • Qualify leads, schedule meetings, and support the sales team in pipeline management.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Follow up on marketing campaigns, inquiries, and event leads.
  • Stay updated on TaskTel’s product offerings and partner technologees

Preferred Skills

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and translate them into client benefits.
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM tools).
  • Fluency in Multiple Languages is a plus
  • Eligibility

    Freshers : With strong communication skills and a passion for sales

    Experienced : Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or lead generation (preferably in the B2B domain)
