Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Officer to drive business growth, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and market research

Meet potential customers and present company products / services

Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets

Maintain strong client relationships

Prepare daily / weekly sales reports

Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery

Requirements

Graduation is mandatory

1–3 years of sales & marketing experience

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and meet targets

Two-wheeler preferred (for field sales roles)
