Job Title : Azure DevOps Engineer

Location : Bangalore

I. Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Azure DevOps Engineer to architect, implement, and manage end-to-end CI / CD solutions and cloud-native infrastructure on Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in automation, container orchestration, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.

II. Roles & Responsibilities

• Architect, implement, and operate end-to-end CI / CD pipelines using Azure DevOps (Pipelines, Repos, and Artifacts) and associated tooling.
• Design and build cloud-native infrastructure on Microsoft Azure for high availability, scalability, and performance (AKS, App Services, Functions, Storage, Networking).
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, ARM Templates, or Bicep for reproducible and auditable provisioning.
• Containerize applications and manage Kubernetes clusters (AKS) following best practices for deployment, scaling, and resilience.
• Automate deployment strategies such as blue-green, canary releases, and rollback mechanisms to ensure safe and efficient releases.
• Enhance developer experience by creating reusable templates, pipeline components, and self-service platform tools.
• Integrate security controls within CI / CD pipelines including secret management (Azure Key Vault), image scanning, and static code analysis.
• Implement observability and monitoring frameworks, including logging, metrics, distributed tracing, and alerting using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Prometheus / Grafana.
• Lead incident management, root cause analysis, and post-mortem reviews to drive continuous improvement.
• Optimize cost, capacity, and performance of cloud and DevOps infrastructure.
