Job description

Role : Full Stack Developer

Exp : 5+ years of relevant exp

Your Role

We’re looking for Full Stack Software Engineers to join our growing engineering team! You’ll

play a key role in helping us scale our product and organization by building and supporting new

and existing web applications and the backend systems that power them. You’ll make

architectural decisions, recommend technologies, and ensure our systems scale reliably and

securely.

What You’ll Do

  • Design, build, and maintain robust cloud-based services to support our rapidly growing

business

  • Lead architectural decisions and contribute to technology strategy—beyond just

    • implementation

  • Research and evaluate commercial / open-source solutions and make build vs. buy

    • recommendations

  • Enhance systems for new functionality, performance, stability, and security

    • improvements

  • Champion code quality and help manage and reduce technical debt
  • Work closely with product, design, AI / ML, and infrastructure teams to deliver impactful

  • Mentor other engineers and continuously learn from peers
  • Maintain a user-first mindset and build deep empathy for both patients and providers
  • Communicate regularly and clearly across cross-functional product delivery teams

    • What We’re Looking For

    Must-Haves :

  • Strong experience in TypeScript-based full-stack development
  • Expertise in React / Next.js : server-side rendering, state management, performance

    • optimization

  • Proficiency in NestJS (Node.js) for API development and backend systems
  • Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL : schema design, indexing, and query optimization
  • Familiarity with Docker, CI / CD pipelines, and cloud-native infrastructure
  • Experience building and scaling distributed systems securely and reliably

    • Nice-to-Haves :

  • Hands-on experience with AI / NLP pipelines, particularly voice-to-text and

    • summarization

  • Background in healthcare data security, HIPAA, and privacy best practices
  • Experience with GraphQL, Redis, WebSockets, or Kubernetes
