About the Role :

As a Senior Staff Engineer, you will help us transform healthcare through AI.

You will oversee the engineering teams day-to-day operations, helping drive successful delivery of projects and you will possess strong technical and leadership skills, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.

What youll do :

• Own the day-to-day of engineering delivery across multiple projects.
• Translate complex healthcare workflows into scalable product and tech decisions.
• Partner closely with Product, Clinical Ops, and other teams to define and ship the right things fast.
• Maintain a high bar for engineering velocity, quality, and culture balancing speed vs. debt.
• Help build and mentor a team of 4+ engineers (across backend, data, and platform).
• Lead agile processes : sprint planning, retrospectives, and execution reviews.
• Define and track engineering metrics and continuous improvement efforts.
