Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Certification QA Engineer with 5+ years in card payment certification and testing. The role involves leading certification efforts for POS systems, payment gateways, and acquiring platforms , ensuring compliance with Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and other schemes . The candidate should have strong expertise in EMV, ISO8583, NFC / contactless payments , and hands-on experience with certification tools. This position requires excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to guide junior testers and support QA automation.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead certification testing for POS, payment gateways, and acquiring platforms.
  • Validate end-to-end transaction flows (auth, clearing, settlement) for Visa, Mastercard, Amex, etc.
  • Use EMV certification tools (UL Brand Test Tool, Savvi, ICCSim, etc.).
  • Liaise with card networks and certification bodies to manage test cycles.
  • Identify, report, and drive resolution of compliance issues and test defects.
  • Provide guidance to junior testers and support QA automation where applicable.

Requirements

Skills & Experience :

  • 5+ years in card payment certification / testing.
  • Deep knowledge of EMV, ISO8583, NFC / contactless payments, and payment terminal flows.
  • Hands-on experience with certification tools and scheme certification processes.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Requirements

    Key Responsibilities Administer and maintain the Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) Learning Management System, including course creation, user management, certifications, and reporting. Support modules across Learning, Performance, Succession Planning, and Recruiting within the Talent Management suite. Configure and manage system workflows, notifications, permissions, and integrations. Partner with HR, L&D, and business units to identify learning needs and translate them into scalable LMS solutions. Create and manage dashboards, custom reports, and data exports for compliance and performance tracking. Troubleshoot user and system issues, liaising with Cornerstone support when needed. Assist in the rollout of global learning initiatives and change management strategies. Conduct user training and provide ongoing system support and documentation. Ensure data accuracy and integrity across talent management modules. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Cornerstone OnDemand LMS, particularly the Learning module. Experience with additional CSOD modules (e.g., Performance, Succession, Recruiting) preferred. Proficiency in report building (standard and custom) and system configuration. Strong understanding of Talent Management best practices. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
