Sourcing Manager

Key Responsibilities :

Identify and onboard channel partners, brokers, and agents

Build and maintain strong relationships with external property consultants

Source verified clients through partner networks and references

Drive registrations and bookings by activating channel partner network

Plan and execute broker meets and field visits

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure lead flow

Provide regular feedback and market intelligence

✅ Eligibility & Skills :

Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sourcing or channel partner development

Strong local market knowledge of Navi Mumbai, Panvel, and Raigad

Excellent networking, negotiation, and communication skills

Self-driven, field-oriented, and result-focused

Own vehicle preferred
