Finance Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Specialist located in Indore. The Finance Specialist will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial statements, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Other duties include budget management, forecasting financial performance, and providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making. The Finance Specialist will also be expected to communicate financial information effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and financial analysis
• Proficiency in Finance and Accounting practices
• Experience in preparing and managing Financial Statements
• Effective communication skills for presenting financial information
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus
• Proficiency in financial software and tools is preferred
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
