Manager - Captive Insurance

We are hiring an experienced

Finance & Accounting professional

to join a global captive and insurance management organization that supports multiple international business divisions across EMEA.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a large team delivering middle-office services across Accounting, Treasury, Risk & Compliance.

Oversee and review management accounts, financial statements, tax returns, and solvency calculations under UK / US GAAP, IFRS, and SORPs.

Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial, regulatory, and board reporting.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across global offices.

Drive process excellence, standardization, and automation to enhance efficiency.

Support team development and performance through coaching and strategic leadership.

Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and successful process transitions.

Requirements

CA / ACCA / CIMA qualified with 10+ years of post-qualification experience.

Strong exposure to accounting and financial reporting, preferably within Insurance, Reinsurance, or BPM domains.

Sound knowledge of international accounting and compliance frameworks.

Proven experience managing large teams within a global matrix environment.

Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
