Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Generate and follow up on leads through various channels.
- Conduct client meetings, property visits, and negotiations.
- Maintain strong relationships with brokers and clients.
- Track market trends and competitor activity.
- Prepare sales reports and ensure CRM updates.
Requirements :
Graduate with 1 year of real estate sales experience.Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.Proven track record in achieving sales goals.Job Type : Full-time
