Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced L3 Support Engineer with strong expertise in Scala and Java to provide advanced technical support for production systems. The role involves troubleshooting complex issues, performing root cause analysis, and ensuring application stability in a high-availability environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide Level 3 (L3) support for applications built on Scala and Java.
• Perform root cause analysis and deliver permanent fixes for critical issues.
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve escalations and implement hotfixes.
• Monitor application performance and proactively identify potential risks.
• Maintain knowledge base, runbooks, and technical documentation.
• Participate in on-call rotation for critical incident handling.
• Work with DevOps and QA teams to ensure smooth deployments and releases.
