Role Description

As an RC Detailer at ODE Consultants Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for preparing and managing reinforced concrete detailing and shop drawings based on project specifications and industry standards. Key tasks include the interpretation of structural designs, ensuring accuracy in dimensions, and collaborating with design and BIM teams. This is a full-time remote role, offering the opportunity to work with international clients and cutting-edge technologies.

We are seeking a skilled RC Detailer to join our global engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules for infrastructure and building projects across international markets including the USA, UK, and Middle East.

Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed RC drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, or Tekla Structures

Interpret structural and architectural drawings for reinforcement detailing

Generate bar bending schedules (BBS) with precision and clarity

Collaborate with structural engineers and BIM coordinators for clash-free outputs

Ensure compliance with international codes such as ACI, BS 8666, Eurocode

Maintain drawing standards and documentation as per ISO 19650 or PAS 1192

Participate in design reviews and resolve detailing conflicts proactively

Qualifications & Skills Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Drafting

3+ years of hands-on experience in RC detailing for global projects

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Tekla, or similar detailing software

Strong understanding of reinforcement principles and construction practices

Familiarity with international standards and project workflows

Ability to read and interpret complex structural drawings

Excellent communication and documentation skills

Proficiency in Allplan is mandatory

Preferred Experience Exposure to USA, UK, or Middle East infrastructure / building projects

Knowledge of BIM workflows and coordination practices

Experience working in multi-disciplinary teams across time zones
