Job Title : Oracle Learning Functional Consultant (Oracle Learning – Functional)
Location : Pan India (Hybrid)
Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Learning Functional Consultant to join our Oracle HCM Cloud implementation team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the Oracle Learning module within Oracle HCM Cloud and a strong functional understanding of learning and development processes in an enterprise setting.
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as the functional SME (Subject Matter Expert) for Oracle Learning Cloud (OLC) during implementations, upgrades, or support projects.
- Gather business requirements and map them to Oracle Learning functionality.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend best practices to align Oracle Learning with client business needs.
- Configure Oracle Learning Cloud modules, including course structures, learning paths, offerings, enrollments, and compliance tracking.
- Support integrations with other Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Talent Management, and Payroll.
- Lead client workshops and training sessions.
- Create functional design documents, test cases, and end-user training materials.
- Perform system testing, defect tracking, and resolution in coordination with technical teams.
- Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement consulting for clients.
- Collaborate with technical consultants, project managers, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.7+ years of hands-on functional experience with Oracle Learning Cloud (OLC) in a consultant or analyst role.Proven experience in at least two full-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementation, specifically in the Oracle Learning module.Strong understanding of learning and development business processes and compliance requirements.Proficiency in configuring learning items, categories, audiences, content providers, and learning assignments.Experience working with security roles, approval workflows, and reporting tools (e.g., OTBI, BI Publisher).Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
