We are actively seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our client's team through Acme Services . This pivotal role is responsible for executing financial tasks, managing financial transactions, and providing key financial insights to drive business performance. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in finance or accounting, possess strong problem-solving skills, and be proficient in financial planning software, including advanced Excel.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Planning & Execution : Plan, organize, and execute financial tasks and projects for the organization. This includes developing and implementing robust plans for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting .
- Financial Analysis & Insight : Provide crucial financial insight and analysis to directly drive the business performance of the organization. This involves analyzing financial data to inform strategic decisions.
- Cash Flow & Performance Monitoring : Manage and monitor cash flow meticulously. Evaluate the financial performance of the organization and accurately measure returns on investments .
- Reporting & Compliance : Responsible for preparing financial reports on a Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly basis . This also includes managing BRC (Bank Realization Certificate) Working and ensuring compliance.
- Transaction & Audit Management : Oversee managing financial transactions and coordinating audit processes seamlessly.
- Stakeholder & Vendor Liaison : Act as a key point of contact by liaising with Banks and other financial institutions. Additionally, evaluate marketing proposals in terms of Cost-Benefit Analysis to ensure financial viability.
- Payroll Management : Handle aspects of Payroll Management , ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Requirements
Degree in finance / accounting or related field (essential).1-2 years of work experience in a relevant financial role.Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills .Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines .Ability to work independently and as part of a team .Excellent report-writing and communication skills .Solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, charts, and graphs), SAP, and other financial planning software .Skills Required
