We are currently incubating a stealth media-tech venture focused on reinventing digital engagement, public campaigns, and narrative infrastructure through AI, creative strategy and performance-driven content.

About the Role :

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Account Manager with 4–6 years of experience in social media account management and client servicing. The ideal candidate will have a strong media background and a proven track record of handling brand communication and campaigns across platforms like X (Twitter), , Instagram, and YouTube.

This role involves managing client relationships, overseeing campaign execution, driving performance, and ensuring creative excellence and consistency across all digital touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing end-to-end communication and project delivery.
• Strategize, plan, and execute social media campaigns across X (Twitter), , Instagram, and YouTube.
• Collaborate with the creative, strategy, and media teams to develop impactful content and campaigns aligned with client objectives.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyze campaign outcomes, and share actionable insights for optimization.
• Maintain brand voice consistency and ensure quality control across all platforms.
• Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging digital opportunities to guide clients

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and account growth.
• Handle multiple accounts simultaneously with strong attention to detail and deadlines.
