Job descriptionAchieve a live close rate of 10–15%. Revive old leads and self-book additional calls to optimize results. Keep accurate CRM notes and follow-ups sharp. Participate in daily huddles, training sessions, and coaching reviews. Base draw : ₹20 - ₹25 K / month Commission : 7–10 % on collected cash + bonuses for pay-in-full deals and outbound wins Opportunities for growth with no income cap 1 Year+ experience in high-ticket or consultative sales Fluent English; strong on-camera presence and objection handling skills CRM-savvy, coachable, empathetic, and numbers-driven individual Ability to work full-time (40-48 hours / week)
