Role Overview

We’re looking for an SAT Subject Matter Expert who has a proven track record of helping students excel in SAT preparation. In this role, you’ll lead the growth of the SAT category at Wiingy , combining your deep test expertise with content creation skills to make SAT learning engaging and effective for students across the U.S.

You’ll collaborate with our content, creative, and marketing teams to plan, script, and produce content across blogs, YouTube, and social media driving both reach and results for the SAT prep vertical.

Job Title : Subject Matter Expert – SAT Prep

Location : Wiingy Office, HSR, Bengaluru

Type : Full-time / Part-time (Flexible)

Key Responsibilities

1. Category Building & Strategy

  • Own the success of the SAT Prep category - from content roadmap to audience engagement.
  • Develop topic strategies and learning frameworks aligned with student needs and search trends.
  • Work with marketing and growth teams to position Wiingy as a leading destination for SAT prep.

2. Content Development

  • Plan and produce educational content for blogs, YouTube, and social media.
  • Create or collaborate on study guides, practice strategies, and test-taking tips .
  • Ensure content accuracy, clarity, and relevance to the latest SAT format and trends.

    • 3. On-Camera & Educational Video Creation

  • Contribute to YouTube videos and short-form educational clips that make SAT prep relatable and effective.
  • Collaborate with video editors and designers to bring your ideas to life visually.
  • Previous experience appearing on camera or creating educational videos is a strong plus.

    • 4. Collaboration & Execution

  • Partner with the content and creative teams to maintain high-quality storytelling and visual consistency.
  • Provide inputs on visuals, creative direction, and pedagogical tone.
  • Analyze content performance and continuously refine strategy for better engagement and outcomes.

    • Requirements

  • Strong background in SAT tutoring or test prep with demonstrated student success (e.g., score improvements, admissions results).
  • Deep understanding of SAT Math, Reading, and Writing sections.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in creating educational content - blog posts, YouTube videos, or social posts.
  • Comfort with being on camera and explaining complex ideas simply.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to use data to refine content strategy.
  • Passion for education, storytelling, and student success.

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a top-tier university.
  • Prior experience as a test prep instructor , curriculum designer , or content lead .
  • Experience working with U.S. student audiences.
  • Familiarity with SEO and social media content planning.
