About the Role

We’re looking for a Creative Director to be the creative powerhouse of DigiCrackers. This isn’t just about design — it’s about shaping brands, telling stories, and building campaigns that cut through the noise. From brand identity to websites, social media, creative campaigns, and content direction, you’ll be the driving force behind everything we put out into the world.

You’ll lead a talented team of designers, video editors, and copywriters, while working closely with our founder to push boundaries and make DigiCrackers’ work stand out across industries.

This is a senior leadership role for someone who’s equally strong in creative vision and execution, and thrives in a fast-paced, agency environment.

This Role is For You If You :

• Have 7+ years of creative experience (agency preferred), with 3+ years in a leadership role
• Have led creative across multiple mediums — brand identity, campaigns, digital, content, design, video
• Can move seamlessly from big-picture creative strategy to hands-on review and execution guidance
• Have a sharp sense of design aesthetics, storytelling, and how creativity drives business outcomes
• Know how to build, mentor, and inspire a creative team
• Can confidently lead client pitches, presentations, and workshops
• Are obsessed with raising the creative bar — every single day
