• Design and develop high-performance Java-based systems, integrating AI / ML models into production environments.
• Develop, train, and deploy NLP, predictive analytics, and deep learning models, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
• Provide thought leadership on AI adoption, frameworks, and best practices, mentoring junior engineers and guiding technical direction.
• Collaborate with data science, product, and platform teams to deliver end-to-end AI-driven solutions that meet the highest standards.

Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled individual with 3+ years of professional experience in Java engineering, strong hands-on expertise in AI / ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn), and experience deploying AI models into Java-based enterprise systems.

A solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems, combined with strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills, is essential for this role.
