Agile Project Manager

Location : Bangalore, India

Experience : 13–16 years

Lead Agile software development initiatives, serving as both Project Manager and Scrum Master across cross-functional teams

Manage the entire Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) — from requirements gathering and analysis to design, development, deployment, and post-launch support

Coordinate with distributed teams including Business Analysts, UI / Backend Developers, QA, DevOps, and Support to ensure seamless execution

Drive Agile ceremonies : Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Retrospectives, Reviews / Demos , and backlog grooming

Deliver projects under Fixed Price and Time & Material (T&M) engagement models, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget adherence

Collaborate closely with stakeholders to manage expectations, provide transparent status updates, and ensure alignment with business goals

Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, blockers, and dependencies to maintain delivery momentum

Champion software development best practices , coding standards, and architectural guidelines across teams

Facilitate communication between business and technical teams by understanding high-level architecture and system design

Leverage working knowledge of Angular and Node.js to validate technical solutions, support decision-making, and unblock development teams
