Lead Architect

The ideal candidate will be a visionary designer with a refined aesthetic sensibility and extensive experience in luxury architecture and interior design. Responsibilities

Lead and drive the conceptualization and development of high-end interior and architectural projects

Create design visions, mood boards, material palettes, and detailed presentation drawings

Oversee BOQs, GFCs, and comprehensive design documentation to ensure accuracy and quality

Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and contractors for sourcing, approvals, and execution

Conduct site visits to monitor progress, uphold design intent, and resolve on-site challenges

Mentor and guide the design team, fostering collaboration and efficient delivery

Engage with clients to understand requirements, present design solutions, and maintain strong relationships

Ensure projects achieve design excellence while adhering to timelines and budgets

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design

8-10 years of experience in luxury interior and architectural design

Proven ability to lead projects from concept to completion with a focus on high-end residential and retail spaces

Excellent communication and client management skills

Strong design sensibility with a deep understanding of materials, detailing, and execution

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, and relevant design software
