Job descriptionField sales Retail financial services (especially DMT, AePS, INMT, BBPS) Agent onboarding in fintech or banking sector Freshers with good communication skills and local market understanding may also apply. Working knowledge of DMT, AePS, BBPS, and other digital platforms Strong communication, relationship-building, and persuasion skills Ability to explain and train retailers / agents on financial service platforms Fluency in the local language is mandatory; English and Hindi are an added advantage Basic computer skills and familiarity with smartphone applications Identify and onboard new retailers (kirana shops, CSCs, recharge outlets, etc.) for financial services Promote usage of INMT, DMT, AePS, BBPS, and other supported digital platforms Educate and train retailers / agents on how to use the platforms effectively Cross-sell insurance products and third-party financial offerings Provide timely after-sales service and resolve agent issues to ensure continued activity Submit regular field updates and reporting to the Area Sales Manager Achieve monthly targets for agent onboarding, activation, and transaction volume.
